Moulds (Rubber) Release Coatings Mould are coated with fluoro-polymers like FEP, PTFE, PFA etc. It provide nonstick and good mould releasing properties.
These coatings are manufactured with PTFE / PFA / FEP materials. These are water based coatings. These are FDAapproved coatings, which can be applied for equipments of food and industrial moulds.
The coatings are applicable on Biscuit & Bakery Moulds, Pharmaceutical & Medical Equipments, Food, Dairy and Beverages Manufacturing Equipments and other industrial moulds requires nonstick properties.
